Reedferry is a portrait game for one person. A paper skiff drifts down a moss channel. Each beat you pin, hold, or plant one reed.
- How does a stretch start?
- At the mouth, follow the three chalk beats. Then mark one favored action and push off. The favored tap is worth one extra point.
- What do the four actions do?
- Pin keeps the present lane. A left or right reed shoves the skiff two beats later. Hold does not shove. It makes the next plant leap two lanes.
- Where does the lantern change?
- Only at a waystation. Choose wick, moss, or chalk. A ring keeps a parcel when it matches that hue.
- The chart is gone.
- The chart lives on this iPhone. Deleting the app removes it. Clearing the chart in the kit removes the painted stretches. Another phone does not receive the old chart.
- Does it need a network?
- No. Painted stretches remain on the phone, and a stretch can be played offline.
- The words are in the other language.
- The interface follows the iPhone until you choose English or Chinese in the kit.
